Business owners usually call a lawyer at one of two moments. They're about to sign something, or someone didn't do what they signed. I handle both.

Since 2019 I've represented companies, investors, and owners in South Florida and across Latin America in the deals that build a business and the disputes that threaten one. On the business side, I act as outside general counsel, draft and negotiate the contracts my clients run on, and structure ownership changes, acquisitions, and financing. When a deal breaks down, I take the matter from the demand letter through trial, appeal, and collection.

The litigation makes the counseling better. I've argued to judges and juries about what a contract meant, so I draft every agreement for the judge who wasn't in the room. I've collected judgments through garnishment and proceedings supplementary, so I know which protections get a client paid and which only look good on paper.

Recent results include an October 2026 reversal in the Third District Court of Appeal, jury verdicts for defrauded investors, and an arbitration award that put seven homeowners' chosen board in control of their association.

I studied finance at FIU before law school, so I read the balance sheet along with the contract. I also lead Saltiel Law Group's use of AI in its practice, which lets our team work through large document sets and research faster, within the ethics and confidentiality rules that govern it.
